I am the sister of Beverly Jane Clarkson, ‘ Gabrielle Godling’, overseer of The Order of Ministry Soul.
Many improprieties and wrong doings have been noted since October 24,2008
regarding the care of my sister during her last living days, and surrounding her death.
Her cause of death has not been officially determined. An autopsy was not preformed.
She was deprived of nutrition, and was dehydrated and was not of sound mind and
body since approximately Oct. 24, 2008.
I am requesting that the assets in account ID# 1015101 be frozen immediately and
placed in an escrow immediately, for the heirs at law, of Gabrielle Godling/ Beverly J.
Clarkson, The Order of Ministry Soul.
If any Power of Attorney was presented to Stem Tech Health Science with the name,
or names Gabrielle Godling, or Beverly J. Clarkson, you may be assured that it was
not properly notarized with my Sister present. This power of attorney was noted by a
Miami police officer, was waiting to be notarized, and my sister was across town.
Nothing has been probated as of yet, and any ‘will’ , paperwork, document, that may
have been presented to Stem Tech Health Science, was signed when my Sister was not
of sound mind and sound body, and obtained under duress, and undue influence.
As you know, probate takes a while to complete.
I would like to speak with you about this if you are available.
